Quinto Quarto is a hidden gem in the beautiful old town of Guglionesi. For those who know and appreciate or want to experience real, authentic, fresh Italian cuisine at it’s best, this is the place to go.The food, wine and experience is all the more enjoyable as Sandro’s knowledge comes forth with passion and dedication. Evident in his descriptions of the evenings menu and what beverage if often best paired with it.The food is delicious and the portion are good. They even happily adjusted some dishes for a member of our party who had specific dietary requirements. We also discovered what is now one of our favourite liqueurs here.This definitely offers some of the best authentic Italian food I’ve tasted. And I have to admit that on my last visit I chose to have all three mains on the menu as it was so difficult to decide. Though very different, they were all divine!If you love GOOD food and are in this part of the world, you need to go here.

Characteristic place within the old city. Cuisine with very well made land recipes. Excellent starters with cured meats and cheeses. The presentation could be improved with a written menu to allow for better choice. Strange that there isn't this attention given allergies and non-Italian customers who have difficulty understanding certain terms. Our evening was 'ruined' by a screaming little girl who was not suitable in a private environment with the acoustics of a historic environment. Fortunately, her father understood that she was not suitable for the restaurant. An absolutely positive feature was that the waiter immediately brought the water to the table as soon as we sat down, a kindness that sometimes isn't done even in pretentious places.

We walked up and thought it might be closed but so glad we tried the door! Food was delicious and fresh. We really enjoyed exploring the town as well.

The wild boar ragu was fantastic

The summer heat in September dissolves into a pleasant temperature that invites you to wander around to discover hidden corners of our beautiful country. In the historic center of Guglionesi, in the heart of the beautiful Molise countryside, this place met our expectations. Molise cuisine with very happy Valtellina incursions: ravioli with porcini mushrooms, local cured meats, scamorza gigliata and ... donkey stew. Wine with adequate impact, discreet service attentive to customer needs. Highly recommended.

Yes, you eat very well, excellent quality and price, a rustic and very nice place, you can even watch the football championship.
